Integrated 10kWh Home Energy Storage System with Hybrid Inverter

 

 

This vertically-mounted integrated energy storage system combines a high-performance hybrid inverter with a long-lifespan LiFePO₄ battery pack, delivering a reliable 10kWh solution for residential and small commercial applications. The system operates at 40V–58.4V, providing a stored energy capacity of 10240Wh and featuring a compact white cabinet designed for easy installation and long-term durability.


Powered by high-quality LiFePO₄ cells (2×100Ah) arranged in a 1P16S×2 configuration, the battery offers a cycle life of over 6000 cycles at 80% DOD, ensuring excellent longevity and stability. It supports a maximum charge current of 100A, with recommended charging at 0–50°C and discharging at –15–50°C. Internal resistance is kept below 80mΩ, delivering stable high-current performance.


The system includes advanced communication interfaces such as RS485, CAN, and RS232, allowing seamless integration with energy management systems. Safety and protection are enhanced with IP21 ingress protection, a robust BMS, LED operating indicators, and a communication LCD display. The inverter provides 5kW of continuous AC output power and supports comprehensive protection features.


With a maximum installation altitude of 3000m, storage humidity range of 0–90%, and certified compliance with IEC62109-1, IEC62109-2, UL1741, EN61000-6-1, EN61000-6-3, and FCC Class B, this all-in-one unit is engineered for global standards of safety and EMC performance.


The integrated design reduces installation complexity, making it ideal for home backup power, solar energy storage, and emergency energy applications. The system’s compact structure (inverter: 600×318×210 mm; battery: 600×430×210 mm) and excellent reliability make it a cost-effective and efficient choice for modern households seeking energy independence.
